Also, I decided on a theme for my oil series.

“Transparency”

It’s not that original. But I want to work on technique, have flexibility, but still maintain a link.

So I think my paintings will incorporate glass, sheer materials, water, mist, and maybe ghosts. It’s kind of relevant in my life right now, come to think of it, everything I’m trying to examine is semi-obscured by something completely unrelated. I’m always thinking of something else and making abstract comparisons.

I’m really tired and not making sense.

Can you think of other transparent things I can try to paint?
